At tirestickers.ca, orders are fulfilled in Canada by Xtreme Vision Imports Inc., the authorized Canadian distributor of Tire Stickers® products.
Because Tire Stickers products are custom-made to order, our return and refund policy is specific and clearly outlined below, in accordance with applicable Québec and Canadian consumer protection laws.

Custom-Made Products

Most Tire Stickers products are custom-produced based on the customer's selections, including size, font, color, and design.

For this reason:
  *   Custom-made products are final sale
  *   Returns or refunds are not accepted once an order has been confirmed and production has begun

This includes, but is not limited to:
  *   Custom text kits
  *   Custom sizing
  *   Custom colors or designs

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
  *   Your order number
  *   Clear photos of the issue
  *   A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer:
  *   A replacement product
  *   A partial refund
  *   A full refund (when applicable)
The solution offered will depend on the nature of the issue.

Installation & Use

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
  *   Improper installation
  *   Normal wear and tear
  *   Damage caused by road hazards, curbs, or misuse
  *   Products that have been installed incorrectly or altered
Please follow all provided installation instructions carefully. If you have questions prior to installation, we strongly recommend contacting us first.

Order Errors & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Return Shipping

If a return is authorized:
  *   Return shipping instructions will be provided
  *   Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  *   Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

Nothing in this policy limits the rights granted to consumers under Québec consumer protection legislation. Where applicable, Québec law will prevail.
